Highland Middle School PTSA has adopted the Washington State PTA Vision and Mission.

MISSION

PTA is:

  • A powerful voice for all children,
  • A relevant resource for families and communities, and
  • A strong advocate for the wellbeing and education of every child.


As a local PTSA unit, Highland Middle School PTSA board has adopted the following goals for the school year:

GOALS

  1. Increase a diverse participation and membership through creating an open welcoming environment, while building and extending our community.
  2. Supporting the whole child, including their social and emotional growth, as well as education.
  3. Seek out teacher and staff input regarding budget, goals and support to help to enhance the student’s educational enrichment.

Highland Middle School PTSA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families an communities, and a strong advocate for public education.
